Research mobility in France for art history students Year 2019

The Institut national d'histoire de l'art offers several scholarships to support art history students at the master’s and doctoral level who need to travel to France for research purposes. These scholarships consist of travel expense reimbursements, up to a maximum of 800 euros.

Requirements :

• - To be a PhD or a master's student in art history duly registered in a French or European higher education or research institution in 2018-2019, regardless of nationality.

The application package will include :

• - a cover letter addressed to the Directrice du département des études et de la recherche de l'INHA.The cover letter should include a description of the proposed research project, the reasons for the research (specifying which institutions and collections / archives will be consulted), the duration and the period of stay,
• - a curriculum vitae,
• - a letter of recommendation from the primary thesis advisor,
• - a budget for the proposed research project,
• - copy of a student card valid for the year 2018-2019.

Applications must be submitted online HERE (opening on January 18th)  before Febuary 15, 2019.
